Catering Menu and Pricing for Summer 2017

To secure your date, please email us with your order no later than 30 days prior to your event. A 50% deposit is required with the balance due on pickup or delivery.

Apps & Snacks

Farm Fresh Bruschetta – Tomato, basil, garlic served with fresh sliced baguette $4/pp (12 person minimum)

Vegetables Tray – All freshly harvested, straight from the farm; cucumbers, tomatoes, brightly colored carrots, broccoli and more! Served with homemade dip and chips. $4/pp (12 person minimum)

Local Maine Cheese, Charcuterie and Pickled Vegetables Board $6/pp (12 person minimum)

Salads

Farmer’s Salad – Freshly harvested farm greens, seasonal vegetables with house vinaigrette $3/pp

Maine Grain Salad with Blueberries, Farm Kale and Locally made, Smoked Ricotta $5/pp

Roasted Potato Salad – Made with farm fresh, new potatoes and other ingredients! $3/pp

Green Bean Salad – With a local mustard dressing! $4/pp

Seasonal Orzo Pasta Salad – Farm fresh vegetables, olives and local cheese with balsamic vinaigrette.

Sandwiches

Pastured Chicken Salad on fresh, house made croissants $6/each (half dozen minimum)

Banh-Mi – Vietnamese style sandwich with farm greens, pickled vegetables, local salami and a spicy aioli served on fresh baguette $8/each (half dozen minimum)

Caprese – Heirloom tomatoes fresh from the farm, basil, smoked ricotta on a toasted baguette $6/each (half dozen minimum)

Entrees

Brioche Sliders – $1/each (2 oz buns)

Brioche Burger Buns $2/each (3.5 oz buns)

Pastured Pulled Pork – $6/pp (12 person minimum) (requires 30 day advance notice to ensure we have local pork roasts available)

Farm Fresh Roasted Chickens – Whole birds, pieced and served with chimichurri sauce – $45/bird (each serves about 10)

Farm Fresh Lasagna – Choice of pork sausage, lamb or grass fed beef with local ricotta and a house made red sauce. $60/half sheet pan

Vegetarian Alfredo Pasta Bake – Seasonal, farm vegetables in a cheesy alfredo sauce with penne pasta. $50/half sheet pan

Caprese Pasta – Farm fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and shaved asiago served with linguini. $9/pp (12 person minimum) Add grilled chicken breast $4/pp

Desserts (Minimum order of one dozen)

Mini Hand Pies – Flaky crust packed with seasonal fruit! $2/ea

Cupcakes – Ask about offerings! Mini $2/ea Large $3/ea

Scones – Seasonal fruit $2.75/ea

Croissants – Butter $2.75/ea Filled $3.25/ea

Full cakes and pies also available!

Compostable plates, napkins and utensils available upon request. $3/pp

Local deliveries to in town Dover-Foxcroft are free! Deliveries to surrounding areas start at $15 – let us know if you’re interested!

  1. Hi Tahsa, I am not sure if you remember me, but I am Barbara Stokes, Mark and Becca’s mom. Do you ship your goodies across country if I order some or do you ship only local? It’s a bit late, but wanted to think of sending something for Christmas. Thanks!
